According to a new report by BANG Showbiz, Harry had a crush on Markle's "Suits" character, Rachel Zane for two years before the pair even met. The pair didn't actually meet until July 2016, with the help of a mutual friend. According to royal expert Katie Nicholl, the casual meeting was attended by 6 other friends at the Soho House and there was an instant connection. The couple started dating later that year and went public with their relationship in October 2016.
