VIDEO : Twitter Admits It Hasn't Made Users Safer

Twitter published a blog post on Thursday admitting that the company has failed to follow through on improving its protection of users from harassment and violent threats. The company wrote, "Far too often in the past we?ve said we?d do better and promised transparency but have fallen short in our efforts.
