The Cleveland Browns's quarterback situation has become a running joke. Kevin Hogan became their 28th starting QB since returning to the NFL in 1999. The situation also seems to be getting worse. This upcoming week, rookie DeShone Kizer will return to the starting lineup, while Hogan will drop to third on the depth chart, because he is battling sore ribs. That means last week's third-string quarterback, Cody Kessler, who started eight games a year ago, is now Kizer's backup.
