VIDEO : Actress Cancels Appearances Due To Weinstein Case

According to US Weekly, actress Rose McGowan was set to appear at the Tallgrass Film Festival in Kansas and receive an award on Thursday. But the film festival announced on their website that she's cancelled all upcoming appearances "due to compounding factors" involving her case against Harvey Weinstein. US Weekly reports that McGowan accused Weinstein of rape, via Twitter, on October 12th. The head of the film festival says that they support the actress's decision.
