VIDEO : Weinstein Resigns From Studio Board

On Tuesday, Harvey Weinstein resigned from the board of directors of the production company he co-founded.
Weinstein was fired as the co-chairman of The Weinstein Company on October 8th.
He continues to own 22 percent of the firm's stock and until Tuesday held a seat on the board.
On Monday, the Weinstein Company announced that Colony Capital had agreed to provide the company with an "immediate cash infusion."
The two parties are in talks on a potential sale of the company.
The assets the Weinstein Company holds includes the rights to all of Quentin Tarantino's films.
