?Star Wars? producer Kathleen Kennedy has called for the creation of a movie-industry commission. Kennedy said the purpose of the commission would be industry-wide protections against sexual harassment and abuse.On Monday night, during Elle Magazines Women in Film event Kennedy asked the Academy of Motion Pictures Arts and Sciences create an industry-wide commission to establish and enforce new rules of behavior. The commission would be develop new, industry-wide protections against sexual harassment and abuse. Kennedy said ?predators must come to feel they can't count on power or wealth or fame to shield them.?
