VIDEO : Japan Is Confused By U.S. Obsession With McDonald?s Szechuan Sauce

Japan is confused as to why a McDonald's dipping sauce has caused mayhem in the United States. The fast food chain released a limited amount of Szechuan Nugget Sauce earlier this month, after fans of the TV series "Rick and Morty" demanded that the restaurant bring back the sauce. In some locations, the police were called due to huge crowds forming and violence. Japan's morning news show Toku Da Ne featured presenters questioning why Americans were going crazy over the sauce.
