According to TMZ, singer Melissa Etheridge was arrested last month in North Dakota for possession of marijuana. The report says that she was arrested by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol while trying to return to the U.S from Canada and that K-9 dogs assisted in finding marijuana oil on her tour bus. She reportedly told police that she uses the oil in her fight against cancer, something that is legal in her home state of California, but not in North Dakota.
