Colin Kaepernick has reportedly filed a grievance against several NFL owners for collusion. According to Bleacher Report, Kaepernick is filing the grievance under the players' collective bargaining agreement. Kaepernick opted out of his contract with the San Francisco 49ers at the end of last season but has yet to receive an offer from another NFL team, despite a proven history of success and the fact that several teams are in need of a functioning quarterback.
