Morgan Freeman ma be 80 years old but that has not stopped him one bit from continuing to act on both films and television. Freeman told the Business Insider that his success in living a long life and having a successful career is his approach to self-discipline. An example of how he practices this military like discipline is through his eating habits. Morgan said that eating has become a habit for many people but that one must keep it down as a need and not a constant want.
