Despite sexual assault claims against Harvey Weinstein have been out for more than a week now, it wasn't until this past Sunday that a late night host got into the nitty gritty of the story. During Last Week Tonight, host John Oliver remarked about the New York Times expose about the Hollywood mogul and Weinstein's response to the allegations saying "I came of age in the '60s and '70s, when all the rules about behavior and workplaces were different. That was the culture then. I have since learned it's not an excuse". Oliver was quick to point out the fact that regardless of when Weinstein was raised, there is a difference between ignorance and common human decency.
