VIDEO : Nelly's Alleged Rape Victim Wants Charges Dropped

On October 6, rapper Nelly was arrested after a 21-year-old college student accused him of rape. She claims that the incident occurred on the entertainer's tour bus, after a concert in Auburn, Washington. But now the student wants the charges dropped. Refinery 29 says that she believes that the system is stacked against her. Her lawyer stated, "We do not live in a society where a 21-year-old college student can feel safe enough to pursue criminal charges against a celebrity for an alleged rape.
