Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle comes out December 20th but the movie has already stirred up some controversy. Karen Gillan plays the avatar Ruby Roundhouse in the film and her video game character wears a revealing outfit of a short shirt and small shorts in a jungle video game scenario. Many people are angry over the costume she has to wear and think they are sexualizing and objectifying Gillan. Yet producer of the film Matt Tolmach has addresses the controversy and said that the outfit was done on purpose and that once people watch the movie they will understand what they were trying to do by giving her that small outfit in the middle of the jungle.
