Actress Bella Thorne has had long wavy hair for a long time, and while she has been known to experiment with bold colors, she has left the length the same. Now, Thorne, who turned 20 on October 8th, just chopped off her long locks into a short shaggy cut. She revealed her new hair on Instagram and Twitter, writing to her many followers: "Do we like the short???" The star also posted a photo of herself with platinum blonde hair earlier this week, writing "Yes I changed my hair again," but the color turned out to be a wig.
