Demi Lovato has a feature documentary coming to YouTube called "Simply Complicated" and the singer hosted a premiere party for the film on Wednesday night at the Fonda Theater in Hollywood. As the film credits rolled, Lovato emerged on stage with a full gospel choir and live band to perform her most recent single "Sorry Not Sorry." While introducing YouTube?s Susanne Daniels and director Hannah Lux Davis, Lovato told the attendees, "I?ve talked a lot about my past before, and I touch on that in the film. What I haven?t gotten to share is the person I am today.?
