Suge Knight and girlfriend Toilin Kelly will not be getting his-and-hers jail cells after all. Kelly pleaded no contest to a count of conspiracy to violate a court order on Thursda. , The Los Angeles County District Attorney?s Office said her move helps her avoid jail time. She was also sentenced to 100 hours of community service, and ordered to pay 55,000 thousand dollars in restitution. Kelly and her business partner Mark Blankenship were accused of arranging the sale of the video of a fatal hit-and-run involving Knight.
