VIDEO : Surf Movie 'Blue Crush' Getting NBC Series Reboot

2002 surf movie "Blue Crush" is being made into a series. NBC has teamed up with Imagine TV to reboot the film, which starred Kate Bosworth and Michelle Rodriguez. The drama, which is now in development, tells the story of female empowerment and ambition, set in Hawaii's North Shore. As in the original film, a tragic accident leaves a surfer to attempt to revive her career.
