A new audio recording could sink Harvey Weinstein.
The New Yorker has released an audio recording of an aggressive encounter with model Ambra Battilana Gutierrez.
In the recording, from 2015, Weinstein is heard trying to convince Gutierrez to come into his hotel room.
According to TNY Weinstein was recorded by the New York Police Department for a sting operation in 2015.
The recording comes as three actresses, including Asia Argento, accuse Weinstein of raping them.
