In the NFL, many players have been kneeling and locking arms during the playing of the nantional anthem ans they say it is a peaceful protest. Some coaches are even articipating in the act/ howver, Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones said on Sunday thatany player that kneels during the anthem will not play and the team will not tolerate players who "disrespect the flag" or protest the national anthem. He is quoted saying, " "I'm very supportive of the team, but under no circumstances will the Dallas Cowboys ? I don't care what happens ? under no circumstances will we as an organization, coaches, players, not support and stand and recognize and honor the flag."
