Ariana Grande, known for her high brunette ponytails, is switching up her signature hairstyle. The singer debuted a new silvery-gray hair color in an Instagram post Saturday with the caption, "btw i (it's grey)." Instead of a ponytail, she had her hair twisted in a braided bun at the top of her head. Grande has previously opened up about how years of using red hair dye for the Nickelodeon show "Sam and Cat" damaged her hair. In 2014, she said, "My real hair is back to brown and I wear extensions but I wear it in a pony tail because my actual hair is so broken that it looks absolutely ratchet and absurd when I let it down."
