Hugh Hefner's life is slated to appear on the big screen. The Playboy Founder passed away on September 27th at the age of 91 and a biopic on his life is already in the works. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Jared Leto is slated to play Hefner in the upcoming film, directed by Brett Ratner. The director has been interested in telling the Playboy mogul's story since 2007, with Robert Downey Jr. initially slated to play Hef. According to Ratner, Leto is a close friend who told him that he was interested in playing Hefner as soon as Ratner re-secured the rights to the story.
