John Blum is producing a new Halloween movie that is leaning heavily on the creative direction of John Carpenter, the horror legend who directed and scored the original 1978 film. Carpenter is the official executive producer of the movie being directed by David Gordon Green and co written with Danny Mcbride. This film will be a direct sequel to 1981?s Halloween 2 with Jamie Lee Curtis reprising her role. Carpenter has approved the script and is reportedly heavily involved with the production.
