Miley Cyrus held an album release party for "Younger Now" on Friday and she brought along her longtime BFF Lesley Patterson. Fans loved seeing the two together, especially since Patterson was mentioned in Cyrus's 2007 single "See You Again" when Cyrus sings "my best friend Lesley said 'Oh she's just being Miley.'" Cyrus shared photos on Twitter and Instagram of herself and Patterson at the release party next to selfies the two had taken throughout the years.
