According to Elle, actor and new father George Clooney penned a message to President Trump. He published what Elle describes as a poem slash prayer to the Commander in Chief in The Daily Beast. Clooney's message calls for unity, after Trump suggested that NFL players be fired after protesting injustice by kneeling during the national anthem. Clooney's poem includes lines like, "I pray that we can find more that unites us than divides us. I pray that our nation's leaders want to do the same.
