VIDEO : Luke Bryan, Lionel Richie Join 'American Idol' Judges

Luke Bryan and Lionel Richie will officially be joining Katy Perry as judges on the rebooted ?American Idol? on ABC next year. Ryan Seacrest will also be returning to host the popular singing competition. Bryan said in a statement, ?To be in a position in my career to help facilitate this along with the other judges is just a complete honor." Richie said, ?As a singer, songwriter and producer, I feel I can bring a great deal of experience to the table." ABC allegedly spent $25 million nabbing Perry to judge the show and have been searching for additional judges since May.
