Tyler Hoechlin is staying in business at MTV. The Viacom-owned cable network has tapped the Teen Wolf favorite to join the rebooted third season of its Scream adaptation. Season three of the now-anthology reboot revolves around Deion Elliot (RJ Cyler), a local star running back whose tragic past comes back to haunt him at the worst time, threatening his hard-earned plans for his future ? and the lives of his unlikely group of friends. Hoechlin will play the series regular role of Shane, a high school dropout. The actor reprised his role in Sunday's landmark 100th episode ? which also served as its series finale.
