Actress Heather Locklear was hospitalized on Thursday after a single-car accident in Thousand Oaks, California. In the early evening, Locklear drove into a ditch and was taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The 55-year-old was able to leave the scene without a citation and when she returned from the hospital she wrote to fans on Instagram, saying, "I'm home and good. Thank you for your concern!" Police haven't revealed what led to the scene but they don't believe drugs or alcohol were involved.
