LAdy gaga has canceled the second concert of her Joanne world tour. The star took to concours-twitter.htm">twitter and instagram to deliver the news. she is apparently ?devastated? to be missing her "Rock in Rio" concert on Friday. The venue was sold out to 120,000 people. Gaga posted a picutre on instagram and was quoted ?I was taken to the hospital its not simply hip pain or wear & tear from tour, I'm in severe pain" Mother Monster also wrote, ?Brazil, I'm devastated that I'm not well enough 2 come to Rock In Rio.
