Kate Hudson is receiving a lot of backlash for telling Cosmopolitan that the laziest thing she has ever done is have a C-Section. Some people see C-sections as an "easier" or "less painful" way of giving birth but many also disagree with that viewpoint. First of all, according to the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, there are medical reasons to why a C-section is performed. Maybe the baby is too large, maybe the baby is in a dangerous position, or maybe the mother is known for having medical problems. Whatever the reason, women don't always choose to have a C-section but are forced to do so and by doing so, put themselves in risk.
