Gigi Hadid seems to be in some hot water over a photo she posted last summer on Instagram and Twitter. The model, like many, shared a street style image of herself, captured by paparazzi photographer Peter Cepeda. In the lawsuit, Peter claims an ?act of infringement [that] was willful and intentional, in disregard of and with indifference to the rights of Cepeda.? The photo in question pictures Gigi wearing her famed jacket from The Mighty Company that reads ?hadidas? on the back ? a play on the athletic brand Adidas.
