Angelina Jolie's film "First They Killed My Father" has had great reviews since its premiere at the Telluride Film Festival. Now it will be released theatrically on September 15 and ill also launch globally that day on Netflix. But before it releases worldwide, it will be screened at the Toronto International Film Festival. The movie tells the story of Loung Ung surviving the Khmer Rouge regime from 1975 to 1978.
