Jessica Chastain has denied rumors that she will be portraying Lilandra in the upcoming "X-Men" movie. On Friday, the actress posted a picture to Instagram of a rainbow from the set of "X-Men: Dark Phoenix," and took the opportunity to respond to fans in the comment section. She said, ""Hey folks, want a scoop? I'm not playing Lilandra...." It was previously believed among fans of the franchise that Chastain had been cast as the ruler of Empress of the Shi'ar Empire. Chastain, however, did not elaborate on her role. "X-Men: Dark Phoenix" is scheduled to hit theaters on November 2nd, 2018.
