Janet Jackson is set to kick off her new tour Thursday night in Lafayette, Louisiana, and she's scheduled to perform in Houston, Texas on Saturday. The singer tweeted a video to fans, assuring them the show in Houston will go on, despite the devastation from Hurricane Harvey. In her video, she promises that, in addition to visiting some of the shelters, she has something special planned. She isn't the only celebrity planning to help. A star-studded "Hand In Hand: A Benefit for Hurricane Harvey Relief" will air live from Los Angeles, New York and Nashville on September 12.
