Actor Antonio Banderas has been picked to portray legendary Spanish artist Pablo Picasso in the second season of National Geographic's scripted anthology series 'Genius'. The role will be Banderas first project on the small screen. Additional reports add that production on the 10-episode second season will begin in the fall and debut on TV sometime in 2018. The season will chronicle the life and work of Picasso, one of the 20th century's most influential and celebrated artists.
