A one-hour telethon benefit will be held next week on ABC, CBS, NBC, Fox and CMT. The event will be headlined by Barbra Streisand, Beyoncé, Blake Shelton, and Oprah Winfrey. There will also be appearances from other celebrities like Matthew McConaughey, Jamie Foxx, and George Clooney. The event begins at 8 p.m. and it will also be live-streamed on Twitter, YouTube, and Facebook. The telethon will benefit several organizations including United Way of Greater Houston, Habitat for Humanity, Save the Children, Direct Relief, Feeding Texas and The Mayor's Fund for Hurricane Harvey Relief.
