Reese Witherspoon appears on the cover of Glamour's October issue, and for the issue the Oscar-winning actress wrote an essay about her Hollywood ambitions. In her essay, Witherspoon addresses misogyny and inequality in the industry and why she's not letting discrimination stop her. She writes that since she started acting decades ago, things have gotten progressively better for women, noting that her two upcoming films, Home Again and A Wrinkle In Time, were both written and directed by women.
