A newly released short movie reveals more about the backstory of Jared Leto?s character in the upcoming sci-fi film, 'Blade Runner 2049'. In the movie, Leto portrays Niander Wallace, a blind man whose company Wallace Corp. acquires the means to create its own replicant androids. The movie, which is titled 2036: Nexus Dawn, takes place obviously the year 2036, 13 years before the events of '2049'.
