It looks like Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Teresa Giudice, is headed back to the court room. Previously, Giudice spent time in prison for bank fraud. Now, she and her former attorney, James A. Kridel Jr., battled it out in court regarding a previous malpractice suit--where she claims Kridel's representation lead her to a guilty plea and incarceration. Giudice's new lawyers also mentioned that Kridel would slip gossip and court details out to the press to get the most from media attention. Her husband, Joe, still remains in prison for his bank fraud crimes.
