VIDEO : Maya Rudolph To Join Puppet Film With Melissa McCarthy

Melissa McCarthy and Maya Rudolph are reuniting for forthcoming puppet comedy "The Happytime Murders." The offbeat, adult puppet film has been in the planning stages with the Jim Henson Company since 2008 and was recently fast-tracked for production. The plot follows a puppet detective and his human counterpart attempting to solve a string of murders that are targeting the cast of a popular children?s show called ?The Happytime Gang?. The movie will be released in August 2018.
