David Letterman will make some serious cash for his upcoming Netflix series. Variety reports that Netflix will pay Letterman a cool two million dollars per each of his six episodes. That adds up to a 12 million dollar total salary for season one of his new show. The now 70-year-old host has been a late night staple since signing on to host "Late Night with David Letterman" for NBC back in 1982. He hopped over to CBS to create "The Late Show" franchise, and hosted the program until his retirement from TV in 2015.
