According to Channel24, lawyers from Bill Cosby's June hung jury trial reportedly no longer want his case. The 80-year-old Cosby Show frontman is accused of drugging and molesting a woman at his Philadephia house in 2004. A Cosby spokeperson says that the comedian has now retained Tom Mesereau to defend him in his November retrial. Mesereau helped Michael Jackson get acquitted in the late musician's child molestation trial. Reports say that he was also a lawyer for record producer- Suge Knight and boxing champion Mike Tyson.
