The Younger actress, who is 29 years old, and the businessman weren't shy about showing PDA while going for a stroll with his dog. Duff and Sandvik stopped for several kisses during their PDA-filled outing. The "Sparks" singer rocked a white shirt with the sleeves rolled up, ripped jeans and sandals, while her new beau wore a white T-shirt, black jeans and light blue sneakers.
