Reality star Kylie Jenner may only be 19 years old, but that doesn't mean that she's not a seasoned homeowner. According to Elle, last year the makeup entrepreneur became a three time homeowner. She bought a "5,000 square foot, 4-bedroom, 4-bath" Hidden Hills mansion, right next door to her other $6 million dollar pad. One home was reportedly used as a Kylie Cosmetics office and guest house. On Friday, TMZ reported that Kylie sold that home for a cool $5.4 million, profiting a million dollars in the process.
