On Wednesday, Heidi Montag excitedly showed off her baby bump on her Instagram Story, revealing that she was now 31 weeks pregnant. She posted various screenshots and clips on her latest doctor's visit with husband Spencer Pratt on Wednesday. One picture was titled "New Record!" as she reached 142 pounds into her pregnancy. Another showed a photo of the baby?s sonogram, writing, ?My son!!!? The couple got married in 2008, and recently returned from a babymoon in Hawaii where they celebrated Pratt?s 34th birthday.
