VIDEO : Guillermo del Toro May Be Attached To Direct Fantastic Voyage Remake

Production on the upcoming remake of the 1966 sci-fi classic Fantastic Voyage may begin as soon as January of 2018. Rumors have circulated that celebrated genre auteur Guillermo del Toro is in talks to direct, after James Cameron abandoned the project to finish work on his Avatar sequels. According to Omega Underground, 20th Century Fox is aiming to being production on Fantastic Voyage next January and will film in Toronto, Ontario. This particular piece of information might be a sign that del Toro will take the director's chair for the new movie, as his last three films were also shot in Canada
