In the new ?Shazam? film, Dwayne Johnson was originally offered the role of Shazam, but Johnson said he?d prefer to play the film?s villain Black Adam. In a recent interview, he explained why. He stated, ?It was inherently more interesting to me because I felt there were layers to Black Adam starting out as a slave and then ultimately becoming the anti-hero who we enjoy today.? Fans of Johnson were excited to find out that Johnson?s interpretation of Black Adam now has it?s own feature film.
