In a recent interview with Entertainment Weekly, Ben Affleck assured fans who were disappointed with Man of Steel and Batman v. Superman that a more familiar-looking Batman will appear in Justice League. Affleck explained that in Batman v. Superman, Batman was in an "especially dark place after losing coworkers during Superman?s battle with Zod," but in Justice League it will be a "much more traditional Batman. He?s heroic. He does things in his own way, but he wants to save people, help people.
