Actor William Shatner has clarified rumors that a scene he shot for the 2009 'Star Trek' movie was cut from the film - calling the reports 'fake news'. While speaking at this year?s Star Trek Las Vegas convention, Shatner was asked about the rumor by a fan who said 'reliable sources' told him Shatner's scene's was left out of the reboot. The former 'Star Trek' star replied, " Reliable source? That?s fake news! I have heard that story, but it has never been in my consciousness. I am not aware of that at all."
