Taylor Swift hopes to use her recent court win to become a voice for sexual assault victims. On Monday, a Denver jury found that former Denver DJ David Mueller had groped the pop star during a photo op four years ago. Swift was asking for one dollar in damages, a sum her attorney, Douglas Baldridge, called "a single symbolic dollar, the value of which is immeasurable to all women in this situation." Following the verdict, Swift released a statement promising to help victims of sexual assault saying quote "My hope is to help those whose voices should also be heard."
