Greg Berlanti and Martin Gero are getting political. The Blindspot duo have scored a hefty put-pilot commitment from NBC for drama Republic. The duo next have ABC drama Deception, a magic procedural described as Now You See Me meets Castle. The prolific showrunner ? who exec produces NBC's Blindspot, ABC's Deception, The CW's Black Lightning, The Flash, Arrow, Legends of Tomorrow, Supergirl and Riverdale as well as Lifetime's You and DC Entertainment digital series Titans ? will become the first showrunner with 11 series on the air with his next pickup.
